Terms and Conditions

Effective January 1, 2026

La Palma Sunrooms & Patios, lapalmasunroomsandpatios.com, hello@lapalmasunroomsandpatios.com

Agreeing to these terms

These terms cover your use of the La Palma Sunrooms & Patios website and any request you send us through it. By browsing the site, calling us or filling out our contact form, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

When we take on a job, we put it in a written contract signed by you and by us. If anything in that contract differs from these terms, the contract controls for that job.

What we do

La Palma Sunrooms & Patios is a sunroom contractor in La Palma, CA. We design and build sunrooms, patio enclosures, screen rooms and patio covers for homes in La Palma and the cities around it. You can read more about our crew on the About page and see our full list of services from the home page.

Photos, descriptions and examples on this site show the kind of work we do. They aren't a promise that your job will look the same, because every house, yard and budget is different. The scope of your project is set only by your signed contract.

Estimates and pricing

We give free quotes on site, with no obligation to hire us. We come out to your house because size, materials, the condition of your slab or deck and what the permit office asks for all change the price, and we can't judge those from a phone call.

A quote is good for the time written on it. Prices can change after that, or if the job changes, for example when you pick different materials or we find hidden damage once the old structure is opened up. If that happens, we'll explain the change and get your written approval before we do the extra work.

Scheduling and cancellation

We set a start date with you once the contract is signed and any permits are in hand. Weather, permit and inspection timing, and material deliveries can push a date, so a schedule is our best plan and not a guarantee. We'll tell you as soon as we know about a delay.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, call us at (562) 386-0180 as early as you can. Any right to cancel that California law gives you still applies, and your contract will explain how to use it. If you cancel after we've ordered custom materials or started work, you may owe for those costs as your contract allows.

Payment

Your contract lists what you owe and when, including any deposit and progress payments, as allowed by California law. Final payment is due when the work in the contract is complete.

If a payment is late, we may pause work until it's made up, and we may use the remedies California law gives contractors to collect what is owed.

Warranties and disclaimers

We stand behind our work and want you satisfied with it. Any written warranty for your job comes in your contract, and materials such as glass, frames and roofing panels carry their maker's own warranty. Following the maker's care instructions helps keep that warranty in force.

This website and its content are provided as is. We work to keep it accurate, but we don't promise that every page is complete, current or error free, and nothing on the site is a warranty for any job.

Limits on our liability

We're licensed and fully insured for the work we do. Even so, to the extent California law allows, La Palma Sunrooms & Patios isn't responsible for indirect or consequential losses from using this website, such as lost data or lost time.

Our responsibility for a job is set by your contract and the law. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Settling disagreements

If something goes wrong, call us first. Most problems get sorted out quickly once we're back at your house and looking at it together.

If we can't settle it that way, we'll follow any dispute process written in your contract. These terms and any dispute about them are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any court case will be heard in the county where the work was done unless your contract says otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the one that applies when you use the site, so it's worth checking back now and then. Changes don't alter a contract you've already signed.
